KP Gov Decides to build International Cricket Stadium in Kalam Valley

The Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government has approved a major project for constructing an International Cricket Stadium in Kalam Valley also called “The Switzerland of Pakistan”

Kalam is a valley located at a distance of 99 kilometres (62 mi) from Mingora in the northern reaches of Swat valley, along the bank of Swat River in KP. It is also the hometown of Chief Minister KP Mahmood Khan.

This international cricket stadium will have the capacity to accomodate 20,000 spectators. Mahmood Khan, the Chief Minister of Khyber- Pakhtunkhwa has approved the project which is said to cost around PKR 607 million.

Finally a good ray of hope for Pakistanis from the KPK government.
